Remembering birthday's and anniversary's (wedding, employee hire date, major occasion, etc.) can be a frustrating effort, especially when you have a large database of contacts.  Many times people will resort to the easiest and cheapest way to send a birthday greeting...an e-card.

An electronic card is a popular type of internet service that allows anyone to enter a single name or upload a list of names, birth dates, and email addresses and the service will automatically send via email an electronic card that opens on their computer.  Again, the advantage to this service is that it's cheap.  On the other hand, pretend it's your birthday or anniversary.  If a friend or colleague mailed you a beautiful or humorous birthday card with a real hand signature in it, enclosed in a colorful envelope with fancy commemorative postage, wouldn't you feel that is a more heartfelt gesture than an e-card sent via email with just the click of a mouse?

The problem is getting all the cards, signing them, stuffing, going to the post office for stamps, and hoping that you remember to mail it on time, and not after their birthday or anniversary has passed.  Client Impressions does all of this for you.  Simply provide us the database of contacts, birth/anniversary dates (month and day is all that's needed), and whether each person (for birthday cards) is male or female.  You pick out the image and greeting for the male, female, and children, and we do the rest.   

Beware of e-card computer viruses.  Most e-card services are safe, but we all know that trouble always lurks on the internet.  If the e-card is malicious it could be a phishing scam, spam or spyware, or a computer virus.  Be sure you know who it's from and then take the usual precautions before opening.
