Your Sphere of Influence database could very well be your most valuable asset.  The average homeowner is involved in 7-10 real estate transactions throughout their lifetime.  Often it's more when refinancing is included.  So if you established a database of only 100 clients that you stayed in regular contact with, and developed strong personal relationships you would then reap the benefits of their repeat business to the tune of 700–1,000 mortgage closings.

 

Using our Sphere of Influence mailing programs is easy.  You provide us with your database, choose the frequency of your mailings (perhaps quarterly or every other month) and choose the cards you want to send.  We'll take it from there!  You'll love the ease of staying in touch with your clients, friends, and referral sources using this very personal, affordable, and effective program.

 

Here's what we do:

 

  • Help you pull together and manage your database
  • Help you select the best card images and write the text on the inside
  • Print your name, business name and phone number inside the card
  • Hand-sign your first name with a blue ink pen to look similar to your signature
  • Insert your business card or other item into a colorful envelope, never a white envelope
  • Address the envelope directly…we never use address labels
  • Seal and stamp…we always use commemorative first class postage put on by hand (NEVER bulk, metered mail, flag stamps, or Liberty Bell Forever stamps)
  • Your cards also are mailed from YOUR LOCAL AREA, so there will always be a local USPS postmark on your envelope.

3 Year New Home Purchase & Refinance Closing Follow Up

Celebrate your client's purchase of a new home or refinancing by placing them on our Mortgage follow-up programs.

Immediately after closing a property, your client is added to our database and scheduled to receive 4 cards over a 3-year period. This includes an immediate "thank you" card, 3 "home anniversary" cards or 3 "soft sell" repeat/referral business requests.  You simply provide us the name, closing date, and whether it was a new purchase or refi and we remember to send your client a card every year for 3 years.  See New Purchase & Refinance 3 year programs...

 

Realtor Referral Appreciation

If you're like most mortgage professionals, a good percentage of your deals are sourced from real estate agents.  Developing and maintaining strong personal relationships with your referral sources is key.  Just because you did a good job on the closing, no problems and on time, doesn't mean you'll always continue to get that agents business.  Realtors build their business on referral, and they want to feel appreciated when they bring you a loan.  Obviously, the best reciprocation is when you refer a qualified buyer to them.  You probably don't have a new buyer referral every day, but each time you close a deal brought to you by a Realtor, you can offer them something of value.  For a cost equivalent to taking the agent to lunch, offer our 3 Year Buyer Follow Up Program that provides an initial "thank you" card and then six more cards mailed to the buyer, on behalf of the agent for the next three years.  We'll even insert the agents business card in each mailing and include a real hand signature similar to the agents.  You simply provide us the agents name, buyers name, closing date and we remember to send the buyer a card every 6 months for 3 years.  From your perspective, there's no cash out-of-pocket, as this offer to the agent is "self-funded" from your proceeds on the closing.  What better way to tell the agent that you truly appreciate their referrals and a long-term business partnership.  See samples of what the cards look like...

Informational Inserts

 

The Information Insert mail piece includes a personalized, custom written cover letter and a two-sided full color information sheet.  The letter is hand signed with a signature similar to yours.  An optional third sheet can be included with any content you choose.  It could be current mortgage, tax, or real estate information, a solicitation for your client’s favorite charity, an announcement of a new location or partner in the business, whatever.  The two or three page piece is then folded and inserted into a colorful business size envelope with commemorative postage and mailed from your local area. 

 

Stay in touch with contacts with just the Information Insert program or combine it with a Hand Signed Card Program to create a solution that helps you stay in touch with your contacts in two different ways.  Our Inserts can be mailed on a monthly basis, or as often as you want.
